Career and Job opportunities are regularly available from the Kearney Park & Recreation Department.  Here are the various types of positions that are available:
 
Full-Time: These positions offer year-round employment with a full benefits package.
 
Part-Time: These positions offer year-round employment with a limited benefits package.  Applicants typically work 20 to 25 hours a week in these positions, supporting our full-time staff.
 
Seasonal:  These positions normally work a combination of spring, summer, and fall hours supporting our park and recreation system in a myriad of ways.   Flexible hours can be arranged to accommodate various circumstances and usually work between 10 and 40 hours per week, depending on position requirements and availability.
